1. What is mobile car cleaning?

Mobile car cleaning is a service where professional car cleaners come directly to your location, whether it's your home, office, or another convenient spot, to provide comprehensive cleaning. All we ask is to make sure if it is a work location or a condo/apartment that you clear it with the landlord or property manager.

2. What services do you offer?

We offer 3 packages, basic, basic plus and a full clean. Please check out our packages to see what is included.

3. How long does a cleaning session take?

For each package we allocate a certain amount of time, if at the end of this time your car is not fully clean, then it is clear your car needs an upgraded package or is beyond what our packages can provide in the time given. 

Basic for a 5 passenger vehicle we allocate 1 man hour to complete and 1.5 for a larger 7 passenger SUV or a Van. This package is designed for people who routinely clean their cars and maintain a constant state of cleanliness. If your car gets a clean once a year, this LIKELY isn’t for you.

Basic + for a 5 passenger vehicle we allocate 1.5-2 man hours to complete and 2-2.5 hours for a larger 7 passenger SUV or a Van. This package is designed for people who clean their cars a few times a year and would need a shampoo of carpets or seats.

Full Clean for a 5 passenger vehicle we allocate 2-2.5 man hours to complete and 2.5-3 hours for a larger 7 passenger SUV or a Van. This is for a family vehicle that needs a good yearly cleaning. 

4. Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?

Only thing we need from you would be access to power and possibly an outdoor hose. If you don’t have either of these, that is fine, we can still do our job. For customers who don’t have access to power, we can bring a generator, if we need a generator there will be a small $5-$10 fuel surcharge depending on the job. As for those without access to a hose, we may not be able to clean rubber mats at that time as it requires running water.

5. What Do I need to do to prep for your teams arrival?

We ask you remove all personal items, car seats or any other items that may impede our cleaning. We have set times for our appointments and spending our time clearing out and organizing your car could result in us not fully finishing the package you are paying for, 

6. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve mainly Guelph, but also service surrounding areas including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and even Fergus or Elora. Whether you're at home, work, or any other location within our service area, we'll come to you to provide convenient and reliable mobile car cleaning.

7. Is your cleaning service environmentally friendly?

Yes, we are committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products and methods whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact. Our team strives to maintain high standards of sustainability and environmental responsibility in all aspects of our operations.

8. How often should I have my car cleaned?

The frequency of car cleaning depends on factors such as your driving habits, environmental conditions, and personal preferences. As a general guideline, we recommend scheduling a cleaning session every 3 to 6 months to keep your vehicle in optimal condition and preserve its value.

9. Can you clean my car in inclement weather?

While we strive to accommodate our customers' scheduling needs, cleaning in extreme weather conditions may not be ideal for achieving the best results. We may need to reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time to ensure the quality of our service. We will communicate the day of, we understand it isn’t always optimal, but we will usually wait till the day of to make the call whether we will be doing the clean or not and if you wish to reschedule on your own before that time we will consider it a cancellation and may result in a forfeit of your deposit. 

10. How do I schedule an appointment?

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options, for your convenience. Payment is typically due upon completion of the cleaning service.
